How We Collect Information About You
When you visit the INTRADOR – Institute of Pain Treatment website, we collect your IP address, geolocation, connection speed, among others. Google Remarketing
We use the Google Adwords Remarketing feature to serve ads on Google partner sites. This feature allows us to identify that you have visited our site and thus Google can display our ad for you on different websites.
Several third-party vendors, including Google, purchase advertising spaces on Internet sites. We eventually hire Google to display our ads in these spaces.
To identify your visit to our site, both other third-party vendors and Google use cookies, similarly to what is set out in the section 'How we use cookies'. You can disable the use of cookies by Google by accessing the Ad Preferences Manager.
How We Protect and Store Personal Information
Throughout this policy, we use the term 'personal information' to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. We will not consider as personal information information that must remain anonymous, so that it does not identify a specific user.

When entering other sites, it is the user's duty to analyze the potential risk of navigating therein. The website of INTRADOR – Institute of Pain Treatment is not responsible for the user's navigation on other electronic addresses, even if published on our website.
Retention Period and Disposal of Personal Data
In addition to the permanent custody of clinical data that make up the patient's medical record, according to Law No. 13.787/2018, other personal data collected by INTRADOR – Institute of Pain Treatment, such as access logs, forms, and browsing data, will be kept only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, respecting the applicable legal bases. After this period ends or upon request by the data subject, the data will be securely deleted, except in cases where conservation is required by legal or regulatory obligation or to safeguard the controller's rights.
How We Use the Personal Information We Collect
Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a secure, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. To that end, we use your personal information to:

How We Share Personal Information with Other Parties
We may share your personal information with:
- Members of the INTRADOR corporate family – Institute of Pain Treatment to provide joint content, products, and services (such as registration, transactions, and customer support), to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and violations of our policies, and to guide decisions about their products, services, and communications. Members of our corporate family will use this information to send you marketing communications only if you have requested their services.
- Members of the multidisciplinary team for better internal cooperation of professionals in treating the user's needs and preparing the patient registration file.
- Service providers under contract who help with parts of our business operations (fraud prevention, bill collection activities, marketing, technology services). Our contracts dictate that these service providers only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.
- Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when:
- we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order, or similar legal procedure;
- we need to do so to comply with law or credit card association rules;
- we are cooperating with an ongoing law enforcement investigation;

The Forum of the District of Petrolina, State of Pernambuco, Brazil, is elected to settle any doubt arising from this instrument. You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of this court and waive, in this act, the jurisdiction of any other forum, however privileged it may be or become.
