In addition to the permanent custody of clinical data that make up the patient's medical record, according to Law No. 13.787/2018, other personal data collected by INTRADOR – Institute of Pain Treatment, such as access logs, forms, and browsing data, will be kept only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, respecting the applicable legal bases.
