Intrador Clinic is specialized in pain medicine in Recife and accepts various health plans to provide facilitated access to our treatments. Our administrative team is prepared to assist in the authorization process with your health insurance, ensuring agility in care. We work with major health operators in Pernambuco, including corporate and individual plans. Coverage of consultations and procedures varies according to your plan contract, the operator authorization and clinical assessment.

Yes. We serve eight operators at our two units, in Aflitos and Pina: SulAmérica, CASSI, Luminar Saúde, FISCO Saúde, ASSEFAZ, COMPESA Saúde, Banco Central Saúde (PASBC) and GEAP. If your plan is on this list, send your full name, ID and plan on WhatsApp and we will confirm eligibility for you.
We accept SulAmérica, a nationwide private insurer, and seven work-related self-managed plans, several of them from Pernambuco: CASSI (Banco do Brasil), Luminar Saúde (Chesf employees, which took over the former Fachesf plans), FISCO Saúde (Pernambuco tax auditors), COMPESA Saúde (Compesa employees), ASSEFAZ (staff of the Ministries of Finance and Management), Banco Central Saúde / PASBC (Central Bank staff) and GEAP (federal public servants).

Yes, the same plans are served at both units. When booking, we help you choose the most convenient unit and confirm the expected coverage for that visit.
Even without an in-network plan, private care is available at both units, with fees and conditions shared transparently by the front desk. When applicable, we can issue a detailed clinical report so you can request partial reimbursement from your insurer, according to your contract rules.

Standard consultations are typically released without authorization. Procedures such as nerve blocks, radiofrequency, image-guided injections, magnetic stimulation, and shockwave therapy usually require prior authorization from the insurance — timelines vary per plan. Our team submits the request with clinical justification and follows up on the release for you.
Coverage varies according to plan, procedure type, and insurer rules. When the plan covers it, we bill the insurance; when there is no coverage or the patient prefers private care, we offer direct payment and can issue a detailed clinical report for partial reimbursement requests with the insurer — subject to each contract.
Updated health plan card, government-issued photo ID, current medication list (with dosage), recent exams related to the pain (if any), and reports from professionals who have already evaluated your case.
For patients without in-network coverage or who prefer private care, our front desk shares fees and conditions transparently. We accept Pix and credit cards (major flags). Talk to our team on WhatsApp.
