Intrador uses automated Net Promoter Score (NPS) satisfaction surveys, sent to patients after appointments through the Agende+ platform.
Surveys are triggered on average 1 day after the visit, respecting minimum intervals between collections and using standardized messages — without manual editing of results.
The indicators consider real patient responses collected continuously since June 2024, with periodic aggregation.
Comments are published anonymized (illustrative initials), without identifying the patient, and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD).
